The venue of the conference will be at the International Relations Institute of Cameroon (IRIC)-which hosts international programs. The International Relations Institute of Cameroon is one of the five Institutions of the University of Yaoundé II. it was created by decree of President Ahmadou Ahidjo on 24th April 1971.
